  • 1) How long will it take to activate my account?
    • For high speed Internet, it takes 5 working days. For K-touch services, it takes 3 working days.
  • 2) Do you provide on site installation?
    • We send you the equipment through post Canada. You can install it on your
    • own according to the instruction. We also provide phone instruction.
  • 3) How to pay my bills?
    • You can pay with bank authorization, on-line banking, credit card, check and
    • cash.
  • 4) May I visit your company?
    • You are welcome to visit our office at 2360 ch. Lucerne, Suite 2A,
    • Montreal, QC, H3R 2J8.
  • 5) What is the cancellation policy?
    • You can cancel K-touch service any time without any fee. We ask you to
    • return the free ATA-Adaptor as soon as you cancel the service. Your
    • unused portion for prepayment will be reimbursed. The Internet service only
    • can be cancelled after the contract terminated. Otherwise, a charge of
    • $88.00 of penalty will apply.
