Your username is typically the email address you provided when you signed up for your Altima Telecom services.<\/li><li>If you don\u2019t remember your password, you can easily reset it. Your Account ID can be found on your bill.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>My Account<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you\u2019re logged in to your online account, you\u2019ll note there are three sections that you can view and manage:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>My Profile<\/strong><p>In this section, you can view and confirm your contact information. You can easily update your contact phone number, language preference and account password.<\/p><\/li><li><strong>My My Service<\/strong><p>This section allows you to view your current active services.
