You can access your account invoices anytime using our payment portal. Just follow these steps:
- Visit myspace.altimatel.com
- Log in with your email address and password, then click Login.
- Open the navigation menu in the top left-hand corner and select Bills and Payments.
- On the Bills and Payments page, click View Invoices from the secondary navigation menu.
- Scroll down past your Current Bill and Last Payment Summary to view your full list of invoices.
- To filter your invoices by year, use the Select Year dropdown menu.
- Click the invoice you're looking for to download it.
Looking for an invoice from before 2025?
If you're a Start.ca customer needing access to older invoices:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click View Past Invoices.
- You'll be redirected to our legacy portal where you can download invoices from previous years.
