• Visit myspace.altimatel.com
• On the Login screen, click Register
• Enter your Account ID and email address
  • Your Account ID can be found in the top-right corner of your monthly invoice
• Check the box to acknowledge the Privacy Policy, then click Sign Up
• Check your inbox for a welcome email from Altima Telecom, Start.ca, or Koodo
• Click the registration link in that email—you’ll be taken to a page requesting a one-time access code
• Go back to your inbox and find a second email with your unique access code
• Copy the code, return to the portal, and paste it into the provided field, then click Confirm.
  Create a new secure password for your account
  • Make sure it meets all character requirements for security
• You’re all set! Your account is now registered.

Next time, just log in using your email address and new password.
