Do you provide devices?
We provide all Phone customers with a ZTE router which will be required for service. You cannot use your own device.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes, we can port your number from your old service provider. Please provide your current phone service provider's name, account number, username name, and the service address. Additionally, please keep the phone line active and sign a transfer agreement. Upon the internet installation, it can take up to 5 business days for the porting to be completed.
Does this plan have 911 emergency services?
Yes, you are able to reach out to the Emergency Services at no charge. Please ensure your home address is kept up to date on your account. In the event of an emergency, local services will be dispatched to the address on file.
How can I access my voicemail?
To access your voicemail, simply dial *97 and enter the default password 12345. Once logged in, you will be able to listen to your voicemail messages, navigate through options, and manage your voicemail settings.
