We provide all Phone customers with a ZTE router which will be required for service. You cannot use your own device.

The Altima Phone plan includes unlimited Canada-wide calling. You can also make overseas calls, but long-distance charges will apply. Yes, we can port your number from your old service provider. Please provide your current phone service provider's name, account number, username name, and the service address. Additionally, please keep the phone line active and sign a transfer agreement. Upon the internet installation, it can take up to 5 business days for the porting to be completed.

Yes, you are able to reach out to the Emergency Services at no charge. Please ensure your home address is kept up to date on your account. In the event of an emergency, local services will be dispatched to the address on file.
