Your bill will be sent 30 days in advance by email only. Your due date is 5 days before the next billing date. Since the service is prepaid, your credit card on file will be charged.

Upon completion of the check out process you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

Setting up your new mobile plan is as easy as 1-2-3! Simply select your plan, check out, and upon order confirmation you will receive an estimated delivery date for your new SIM Card. Once you receive the SIM card, all you have to do is put it into your device and you are set!

You will be required to supply your own Smartphone device. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a SIM card from Altima which must be inserted into your device.
